Ballroom

Hippodrome Arts Centre has a ballroom and banquet facility, bar, dance floor, and a balcony overlooking Julesburg Main Street. Our ballroom is the perfect location to host your event and can accommodate 125 guests. Adjacent to this is our balcony, which has seating capacity up to 40 guests.

Weddings

Our Ballroom can serve as the perfect setting for your wedding ceremony. Adjacent to the Ballroom is an outdoor balcony that may serve as an intimate setting for a small wedding party. Seating capacity in the ballroom is 125 --while the balcony can accommodate 40-seated guests. A bar is available. Available for rent: archway, tables, chairs, and place settings.

ETC Building

We welcome all types of business meetings, conferences and seminars and Wi-Fi is available as well. Rent our ETC room for either large groups or use our front room for smaller sessions. Kitchenette is available with refrigerator.

Our ETC room can serve as the perfect setting for: Holiday Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Benefits, Retirements Parties, Anniversaries, Birthday Parties Funeral Luncheons, Awards Dinners, even Weddings! Let us help you host an event to remember! Our ETC Building can accommodate up to 160 guests.

Business Meetings

We welcome all types of business meetings, conferences and seminars. Wi-Fi is available as well! Rent our Ballroom for large groups or use our Multi-purpose room for smaller sessions.

Our commercial grade kitchen is top of the line and perfect to rent for large cooking and baking projects!

Party Pack

Rent our combination Theater & Multi-Purpose room to host small parties of 30 people for birthday parties and anniversary gatherings. This combination works well for those who would like to use our Digital Blu-ray projector to show family movies, play interactive games such as Play-Station, Xbox and Wii. Guest may also socialize in the Multi-purpose room.

Theater Auditorium

Rent our Auditorium for large gatherings! This is a perfect place to host up to 160 guests.
